Shipping to USA
- NY, NJ, ME, VT, NH, MA, RI, PA: Free shipping on orders $149+ or $14.99 shipping fees for orders under $149
- Rest of US - Based on weight & distance

Processing Time
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 2 business days to process your order before shipping, followed by delivery lead times based on the destination.

- Ontario & Québec - 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday)
- Rest of Canada: 4-7 business days (Monday-Friday)
- USA: 3-10 business days (Monday-Friday)

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Quebec, Canada
Wrong Shipping Address
Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address. In instances where a package is returned to sender with the reason of incorrect or incomplete address,we will issue a refund for the order. However, please note that we will deduct the applicable shipping fees from the refund based on the customer's region.
- Ontario & Quebec (QC): $14.99 will be deducted
- Rest of Canada: $19.99 will be deducted.
