Lyre's American Malt has generous flavors of vanilla and toasted nuts with herbal notes offering complexity, offset by a long, mellow finish. The slightly spicy palate allows the flavors to linger well past the finish. Intended to be enjoyed in cocktails that typically contain whiskey or bourbon, such as Boulevardiers, Old-Fashioneds, Whiskey Sours and Manhattans.
